Ambos instrumentos se rigen por la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones (LGUC) y su Ordenanza (OGUC), que establecen el marco normativo a nivel nacional para la planificaci\u00f3n, urbanizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de construcciones en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPARA QU\u00c9 SIRVE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para administrar el territorio urbano de la comuna y mantener informada a la comunidad respecto a la normativa que debe cumplirse en relaci\u00f3n a los usos de los suelos, la forma y condiciones de construcci\u00f3n a seguir, as\u00ed como de los anchos de calles existentes, sus ensanches y las aperturas de nuevas calles. El PRC busca la conformaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n de ciudades, barrios y localidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PLAN REGULADOR COMUNAL VIGENTE&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Plan Regulador Comunal de Casablanca (PRCC) vigente fue aprobado mediante D.A. N\u00b0 4674 del 1 de octubre de 2020, reemplazando el plan regulador anterior, que databa de 1990.
