diciembre de 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Las municipalidades, como lo se\u00f1ala el Art\u00edculo 1 de la Ley 18.695, son corporaciones aut\u00f3nomas de derecho p\u00fablico, con personalidad jur\u00eddica y patrimonio propio, cuya finalidad es satisfacer las necesidades de la comunidad local y asegurar su participaci\u00f3n en el progreso econ\u00f3mico, social y cultural de las respectivas comunas.<br>\u25cf Estar\u00e1n constituidas por el Alcalde, como m\u00e1xima autoridad y por el Concejo<br>\u25cf Sus funciones y atribuciones est\u00e1n descritas en el P\u00e1rrafo 2\u00b0 de la Ley 18.695 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-image stk-block-image stk-block stk-a17c698\"
